What motivates you as an educator?

I’ve always loved working with children, but I've found my motivation as a teacher stems from even the slightest glimpse of a child finding success in their own words and actions. These moments remind me of my passion for the work and the community it serves.

What motivates you as a teacher?

Having the ability to help build the foundation for a genuine love of learning is such a special feeling.  I really enjoy the excitement of being in the classroom and helping children to navigate their ever expanding worlds by giving them to tools to do so. I just want my students to keep asking questions and finding answers in creative and thoughtful ways.
